Bob loved all kinds of book and getting books(too many)at thrift stores. Bob gave me here Bringing Up Boys; 12 Steps and 12 Traditions; The Art Box (cards). He liked history, military, novels, cultures, Bibles, kids' books. 'Seldom met a book he didn't like. Real hard for Bob to give any away.

Music Bob enjoyed on cassette, vinyl records, radio and live performances at The Harris Pavilion in Old Town Manassas. My records and books here, just some that we enjoyed at his Mace Circle house. Bob grew up near Boston. That "Cruisin 1961" album has memories of WMEX radio commercials, deejay and hits if course. Bob knew the jingles and some commercials "by heart." Bob had a big heart for people.

Bob and food. Denny's,Jukebox Diner, Roy Roger's,cookouts, Hobo Dinners at United Baptist Church, pizza, soups,Trader Joe's stores, more. He often bought lunch after meetings for short-on-cash people from "the program." We shared many meals at his home. He even liked my "creative" (recipes are guides) one skillet dinners. Saturday before meetings we enjoyed pancakes or eggs and toast and coffee.
