Obituary for Donald James Jahoda
Donald James Jahoda, age 70, of Manassas, passed away on Friday, September 25, 2015, in Manassas, Virginia.
Born August 1, 1945 in New York, he was the son of the late Rudolph and Eleanor Murray Jahoda.
Mr. Jahoda served in the United States Air Force for 21 years. He also worked for the Internal Revenue Service specializing in computer security for 30 years.
Besides his parents, Donald was preceded in death by one daughter (Jacqueline), one sister, and three brothers. He is survived by his 3 daughters; Donna Desmarais (Pierre) of Florida; Keri Salas also of Florida and Kimberly Jahoda of Manassas; 3 granddaughters, Katelyn, Victoria, and Kayla; and one sister, Veronica Furnari.
Graveside and interment services with military honors will take place in Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Donald’s memory to the Wounded Warrior Project or the Disabled Veterans of America.
