David Eugene Faint passed away at his home in Manassas, Virginia on Sunday May 17, 2015 at the age of 70 after a 1 year and 8 month battle with Cancer. At the time of his death his wife of 43 years Margaret Faint was by his side.

David is predeceased by his father David Lorenzo Faint.

David is survived by his loving wife Margaret; mother Martha Jean Faint of Huntsville, Alabama; son Ryan Faint and his son Remington of Manassas, Virginia; Daughter Tiffany Falls, her husband Travis and their children Savanah and Austin of Front Royal, Virginia; daughter Tiffany Phelps-Key and her children Hailey and Chloe of Aldie, Virginia; brother Donald Faint and his wife Susan of Madison, Alabama; brother Darrell Faint and his wife Sandra of Huntsville, Alabama; brother Dwayne Faint of Huntsville, Alabama and many loving nieces and nephews.

After College, David worked continuously for 45 years before retiring from BAE Systems in Manassas, Virginia. He was a lifetime active member of the Manassas Elks Lodge #2512. In his leisure time he enjoyed golf, watching sports, cruises with family and spending his summers with friends and family in Chincoteague, Virginia. Most important to him was the time that he spent with his children and grandchildren, who each held a special place in his heart!

The memorial service will be held at the Manassas Baptist Church located at 8730 Sudley Road, Manassas, Virginia on May 28, 2015 at 10:30 am.
