Condolences

Condolence From: Dan Eckhard
Condolence: Neil was one of my best friends thru all of high school, and turned me on to several South American authors, Gabriel Garcia Marques in particular, and opened me up to a whole mystical realm of literature that I've enjoyed ever since. We went to see Lou Reed New Year's Eve 1971 at the Main Point with my then girlfriend and her sister, and we shared memories of that great concert for the rest of our lives. We also had many adventures and misadventures working together painting houses in Ocean City, NJ, where Neil met his wife to be, Christa. I have many more fun memories of our time together and will miss Neil greatly.

Condolence: Neil also showed his prowess with a bow and arrow when he greeted Alan on his first date with Barbara with an arrow between his legs barely missing vital areas. While Neil and I grew apart in later years I respected his devotion to his family, business and faith. I will miss my little brother for the rest of my life. Love, Phil
