Message to the Family: Dear Christa and Jordan, I'm so sorry that my health prevents me from being there today. I know that it's little comfort to you but I'm certain that Neil's passing saved my life and possibly Barbara's as well. Neil and I were very close as brothers growing up in Philadelphia and I considered him to be my best friend. Neil demonstrated some unique abilities early on. He was barely four years old when he was able to identify the make and model of every car that passed by. (cont'd in condolences)
