Michael Scott Mitchell, 29, of Bristow, passed away October 28, 2017.

Mike was a wildly curious individual, passionate about technology, friendship, family and animals. He was never one to be found idle, always fixing a car, building a computer or holding his baby nephew.

Mike leaves behind his loving parents, Norbert and Tamara Schweinsberg; and Donald Mitchell; his younger brother, Olaf N. Schweinsberg; his beautiful sisters, Jessica L. Mitchell and Jessika N. Schweinsberg; and a large loving family of Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and a handsome nephew, Adrian Michael Mitchell.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, November 2, 2017 from 3:00 – 4:00 p.m. at the Baker-Post Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 10001 Nokesville Road, Manassas. A celebration of Mike’s life will begin at 4:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Todd Tennant officiating.

Interment will take place at a later date.

Memorial contributions may take the form of a donation to the respected Oxford House Inc.
