Obituary for Steven Davis Knight

Steven Davis Knight
Steven Davis Knight, 41, of Catharpin, VA, passed away on October 11, 2017. He is survived by his loving wife of 20 years, Angela “Angie” Knight. He entered the wild ride of life on November 2, 1975, the loving son of Joseph Alexander Knight and the late Barbara Davis Knight. Steve was known for his beautiful blue eyes, his larger than life personality, his ability to give exceptional advice, his outstanding intellect and his big heart. He loved music, fishing, rehabbing old arcades and old cars, and all four-legged creatures. His favorite thing in the world was spending quiet time at home with his family by his side.

Steve will be fondly remembered and profoundly missed by his wife, Angela Knight; his daughter, Christina “Tina” Louise; his son, Jack Edgar; his loving father, Joseph Alexander Knight of Catharpin, VA; his sister, Laura Knight of Warrenton, VA; his brother, Keith Knight of Fairfax, VA; his sister-in-law, Kenya; and his niece and nephews, Shauna, Andrew, William and John Carter. Steve will also be missed by his furry friends, China, Midnight, and Buddy.

The family will receive visitors on Thursday, October 19, 2017 from 6:00-7:00 p.m at Baker-Post Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 10001 Nokesville Road, Manassas, Virginia. A funeral service will begin at 7:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel.

Interment will be private and at a later date.

Steve and his family were deeply impacted by the loss of his mother in 2014 to breast cancer. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation at https://www.bcrf.org.
