William Michael  Wilco
William Michael Wilco, 62, of Manassas, passed away August 25, 2017 in Amherst, MA after a brief illness.

Born May 6, 1955 in Somerset, PA, he was the son of Steve and Anna Wilco. On April 12, 1980 at Lord of Life Lutheran Church in Fairfax, VA, he married the former Betsy Tousley, who survives.

Mr. Wilco attended Hope Lutheran Church in Manassas, and worked for the City of Fairfax for over 34 years.

Surviving besides his wife of 37 years, Betsy Wilco of Bristow, are one son, Steven Wilco and his husband Michael Sampson of Amherst, MA; two sisters, Nancy Holder and her husband Ronald of Fairfax, VA; Mary Ann Guye of Burlington, NC; as well as twelve well-loved nieces and nephews; and one special granddaughter.

The family will receive friends on Friday, September 1, 2017 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at the Baker-Post Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 10001 Nokesville Road, Manassas. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 2, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at Hope Lutheran Church, 10391 Sudley Manor Drive, Manassas, with Rev Joel Wallschlaeger officiating.

Interment will follow in Stonewall Memory Gardens, Manassas, VA.
