Charles Anthony Rose, 63, of Culpeper, VA passed away Friday, August 11, 2017 at Prince William Hospital in Manassas, VA.

He was born April 17, 1954 to Patsy Ruth Howlin and Louis Bernard Rose who preceded him in death.

Charles was a fun loving, good hearted individual. He worked construction most of his life. When he wasn’t working, Charles loved playing cards, the beach, and spending time with his grandbabies, AJ and Anthony. He also enjoyed attending church and loved his church family at New Salem Baptist Church in Boston, VA.

Besides his parents, Charles was preceded in death by his brothers, Robert Louis and William Daniel Rose; his sister, Doris Lee Rose Espinoza; daughter, Angel Marie Rose and granddaughter, Ashley Danielle Rose.

He is survived by his loving wife, Donna; his son, Charles Anthony Rose, Jr. (C.J.); his daughter, Kathryn Louise Rose Furr; grandchildren, Aaron Michael Furr, Jr. and Anthony David Furr; his sister, Darlene Debra Rose and many nieces and nephews that he loved and adored.

Charles will be cremated and a memorial service to celebrate his life will take place at a later date. Friends and family will be notified when the date is set.
