The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Robert Milligan can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence: Sherry & Family, My prayers are with you all as you grieve Robert's passing. Robert was a friend and neighbor on Hill St in Fairfax. His smile and laughter was contagious. ALWAYS willing to help especially when it snowed! I can still see him behind his big plow helping me and other neighbors out! I am grateful that Robert (and Sherry) were our neighbors and friends. May God's peace be with you Robert!

Condolence From: Sherry Rowe
Condolence: Robert was a very generous person with his time and shared his knowledge of various topics freely. He was kind, humble, and expressed his love for his family regularly especially the apple of his eye, Maggie.

Robert, we miss you!

Sherry
