Arthur Clark Aubrey, 75, passed away on Monday, May 22, 2017, surrounded by family.

He was born on July 6, 1941 at Georgetown University Hospital to the late Oscar and Elizabeth Aubrey and was a long time resident of Manassas Park.

Arthur was in the Air Force from 1959 -1963 and later made his living as a carpenter. He was last employed by The Hylton Group in Dale City, VA.

He loved all types of cars and go cart racing. He also enjoyed steam engine trains, gardening, motorcycles, boating and visiting his brother in Wyoming.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Nanette Thompson.

Arthur is survived by his loving wife of 38 years, Janie Aubrey. Also surviving are his children; Donald Aubrey, Ruth Aubrey, Georgia Gaydos, Lisa Polk, and David Aubrey; 8 grandchildren; and his brother, Thomas Aubrey.

His wishes were to not have any services, but memorial donations may be made in his memory to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude place, Memphis, TN 38105 or online at: www.stjude.org.
