Obituary for Joseph Brenden Hudson
Joseph Brenden Hudson, 25, of Manassas Park, passed away unexpectedly December 2, 2016.
Joseph was born June 9, 1991 in Richmond, Virginia. He attended Skyline High School in Front Royal, and was a loving son and brother.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Elizabeth Carol Short. Survivors include his mother, Teresa Harris Rodriguez of Manassas Park; his father, Richard Short of Manassas; three siblings, Alyssa Nicole Short; Nathanial Logan Short; and Elizabeth R. Short all of Manassas; Maternal grandparents, Deborah and John Owens of Louisa; Joseph Garland Harris of Richmond; Paternal grandparents, William Gordon Short of Staunton; Ruth and Richard May; and special grandparents, Sue Laney Wing and Mark Wing.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, December 13th, 2016 from 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. at the baker-Post Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 10001 Nokesville Road, Manassas. Funeral services will begin at 1:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with The Rev. Gerry Johnson officiating.
Interment will take place in the Machpelah Cemetery, Manassas, Virginia. A reception will also be held immediately following the interment at Bethel Evangelical Lutheran Church, 8712 Plantation Lane, Manassas, VA 20110.
Memorial contributions may take the form of a donation to the charity of your choice.
