Jeremy Glenn Fox, known as “Foxy” to his friends, passed away on July 29, 2016 at the young age of 37.

Born on March 5, 1979, he was the son of Jerry and Kathy Fox, who survive.

Jeremy is described by his friends and family as a compassionate, sweet, sincere, caring man who had a big heart and was a great “hugger”.

He loved to read, play games and draw. He also loved a good thunderstorm, especially the lightning. His laugh was infectious and he always had a smile for everyone. He could make anyone laugh at the silliest things.

Jeremy was part of a tight knit community of Live Action Role Players (LARPers). He spent hours participating in the events and loved every minute he spent with these friends.
He was loved and cherished by his friends and family and will be greatly missed.

Besides his parents, Jeremy is survived by his grandparents, E.L. “Pedro” and Phyllis Allen of Fincastle, VA; aunts and uncles, Diane Cox of Fincastle, Va, Joyce and Jerry Butler of Brookville, MD, and Jim Fox of Belington, WV. He also leaves behind many cousins and friends.

The family will receive visitors on Sunday, August 7, 2016, from 1:00-2:00 p.m. at Baker-Post Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 10001 Nokesville Road, Manassas, Virginia. A memorial service will begin at 2:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Jim Johnson.

Interment will be private and at a later date.
