Delores Edna Zittle, 74, of Centreville, Virginia, passed away January 26, 2007 in Oakton, Virginia.

Born August 27, 1932 in Macon, GA, she was the daughter of Thomas and Jessie Ethridge Weaver. On August 2, 1952 in Macon, GA, she married Walter K. Zittle, who survives. Delores was a member of the Centreville Baptist Church for over 20 years where she was a member of the choir, supervised Wednesday night dinners, and served as wedding coordinator.

She was preceded in death by two sisters, Richie Bennett, and Virginia Lines. Survivors include her loving husband of 54 years; two sons, William Zittle and his wife Margaret of Chantilly, Robert Zittle and his wife Lee of Haddock, GA; one sister, Jeannette McConnell; three grandchildren, Nicolette Detwiler and her husband Josias, Keith Zittle, Scott Zittle and one great granddaughter, Hailey Grace Detwiler.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday January 31, 2007 from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. at the Baker Funeral Home, 9320 West Street Manassas. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday February 1, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. at the Centreville Baptist Church, 15100 Lee Highway, Centreville, VA. Pastor Gary Maines and Pastor Bill Hatcher will officiate.

Interment will take place on Monday February 5, 2007 at 12:00 p.m. in Quantico National Cemetery, Triangle, VA.
