Condolence From: Bill Nash
Condolence: I heard of Joey's passing too late to make it to his service but I wanted to take a moment to send my condolences.
I grew up on Blackstone Road just around the corner from Joey and the Zechks. We were close in age and shared some childhood memories -- along with my brother Pat.
No matter how far you move apart in life we tend to hang onto our childhood memories and connections. And we feel loss when we lose a childhood friend -- as Joey was. And all of us who grew up in the old neighborhood (Chatam Blackstone Victoria Spotsyvania Clarmont Loudoun etc.) will miss Joey.
God Bless.
Sincerely Will Nash

Condolence: Joey always made me laugh. He could be mean to me and I would still have to laugh. That's the way he showed me he loved me. He didn't like the kisses I would have to give him he'd always wrinkle his whole face and squirm and complain which made me do it every time I'd see him I loved it! I will miss his always. My heart is broken without Joey. I have the most youngest memories of growing up with Joey. I will always have an empty space in my heart. I will miss him always. I love you Joey!

Condolence: My dear baby brother. I have lost someone very special to me. You always made me laugh. I always had the greatest time picking on you when we were young..the full trash bags and the stairs; dirty peanut butter knives after I just clean the kitchen! The list is huge. My heart aches not having you here but I know you are in a better place and I'm sure mom was waiting for you at the gates. Thanks for all the memories and all the smiles. I will miss you Joey. Love your sis Patty

Condolence: My favorite little brother--I miss you already!!! I am lost without your smile your cute comments and the wonderful guy who I was proud to call my brother!! I just can't imagine who will take your place at all the ""Zecka"" get togethers... who will keep us laughing? I guess it will be all the memories we have of you!!!!

I know you are in a very safe place now and you are with your favorite person - NANA - ... she is there to take good care of you and when she can't I know Bob will. I bet Nana was there waiting for you with open arms and a big smile on her face.

I love you so much Joey and I am going to miss you!!! Remember to take care of us and watch over us.

My song I dedicate to you is Chris Daughtry ""HOME""...I listen to each and every word and I think you were the one who planted the words into his head and he just sang it...""I'm going home..to the place where I belong""!!!

Ok my little brother...I am going to say ""SO LONG"" as ""GOODBYE"" means we will never see each other again. One day we will all be together again...until then ""SO LONG JOEY""....I MISS YOU AND LOVE YOU

Joanne
